Class Objective- how to create abstract paintings with focus on shapes, balance and color

We will create the abstract focusing  form and shape to create a loose interpretation of  landscape.  Use the colors and paints of your choice.

Paint Colors – Optional colors from your general supply list of liquitex-  hooker green, alizarin crimson, dioxazine purple, yellow, violet blue, permanent blue, red, transparent raw sienna, raw sienna, light green,  magenta white (your can bring your choice of  paint colors)

Special Supplies –  Indian yellow, Smooth Canvas board or wood Panel  my size is  about 9 x 12 

Brushes–  Princeton brown handled flat chiseled edge brush, small round brush.  You are welcome to bring the brushes that you have. The goal is that you have a medium firm brush and a soft brush.

*REFUND POLICY – FOR CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS.  CANCELLATIONS AND/OR REFUND REQUESTS RECEIVED GREATER THAN FOURTEEN (14) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE CLASS/WORKSHOP EVENT WILL RECEIVE A REFUND, MINUS A $15 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE PER CLASS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF STUDENT DOES NOT ATTEND THE CLASS/WORSHOP. PLEASE ALLOW 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
