What was I thinking? I was influenced by British seascape artists such as Turner and Ruskin, with a focus on the very sculptural and 3-dimensional aspects. Each painting for me is a scientific exercise of movement and successfully mixing mediums which illuminates the force of nature in our everyday lives.
