Subject Art– “Common Sea” –  Every day sea with movement.

Class Objective- repetitive movement to create recognizable flow

We are painting busy water. Rock and water composition from familiar areas such as Hawaii, Australia, and the coasts of England to help master painting of water.  The “z” stroke makes this format easy.

 Paint Colors – Liquitex heavy body paint, not basic paint. white, yellow, blue violet, light blue permanent, brilliant blue, phthalo blue- green shade, hooker green, alizarin crimson transparent raw sienna, portrait pink

Special Supplies – (Golden hi-flow paint phthalo blue) ,Liqutex heavy body phtalo green yellow shade and Prussian blue , a firm flat chiseld edge brush, Princeton  Wash Brush 1 inch,  2 round yellow sponges and a small sea sponge, tiny fan brush (not a large one), the large  Princeton angled brush will work for this painting as well, if you have it.
